John F. Black, an owner/broker of West Wood Realty, has been in the
real estate business for over 30 years. John specializes in vacant
land sales and project development in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho
Metropolitan area.
John originally developed a 1,150 acre planned community known
as the Seven Bar Ranch/Cottonwood project, which includes the
Cottonwood
Mall and the Cottonwood Auto Park, and over 3.5 million square
feet of retail and office development.
John is currently working on a joint venture with other investors
on an even larger master planned project known as the Quail Ranch,
which consists of 6,500 acres and is zoned for 25,000 residential
units and over 10 million square feet of commercial and industrial
uses. He is also a partner in two planning leases for State Land
Office properties in the City of Rio Rancho known as the City
Centre project adjacent to the new Downtown of the City of Rio
Rancho
and the Paseo Gateway project which includes the newest High
School in
Rio Rancho.
John is also involved with build-to-suit leases and ground leases
in the Cottonwood Mall area. As part owner, he was also responsible
for developing and leasing the Corrales Shopping Center, Alameda
West Shopping Center, Coors Central Shopping Center, and Las
Tiendas Shopping Center. These projects are located on Albuquerque’s
west side. When John was the Managing Partner in the Seven Bar Land
and Cattle Company, he planned, re-zoned, and sold the 95 acres to
Simon Properties for the new 1.2 million square foot Cottonwood Regional
Mall as well as the 41 acre Cottonwood Plaza and Cottonwood Corners
power centers located on Albuquerque's west side.
John is a Board Member of Rio Rancho Economic Development Corporation,
First Community Bank – Albuquerque, and Laguna Development
Corporation.

James E. Haworth, an owner/broker of West Wood Realty, has been
involved in development and real estate projects in New Mexico spanning
the last 34 years. He specializes in farm and ranch sales, commercial
site selection, and vacant land sales / development.
Jim is marketing the Galisteo Basin Preserve beside Commonweal
Conservancy, a nonprofit conservation-based community development
organization.
Commonweal Conservancy negotiated an agreement to purchase the
Preserve, previously known as the Thornton Ranch. This 12,800-acre
conservation
development project is located 15 miles southeast of Santa Fe,
New Mexico, in the central Galisteo Basin. For information on

Jim was one of the partners and developers of the Renaissance project,
a 240 acre mixed-use development, located adjacent to I-25 in
Albuquerque. It was the largest mixed-use development in New
Mexico at the time.
Jim was also one of the founding partners of Albuquerque Title
Company.

Gregory B. Campbell, a broker of West Wood Realty, has been in the
Real Estate business for over 20 years. Greg specializes in Vacant
Land Sales and Development, Site Selection, General Brokerage, Buyer
and Tenant Representation, Income Property Sales and Development.
Greg is currently working on Various Bulk Land Sales with subdivision
into lots as well as lot development in the Cottonwood Mall Area
- Cottonwood Crossing - Phase II.
Some of Greg's past Real Estate Projects include Crest Construction,
Inc. - Residential Development. Purchased lots in Albuquerque
Metro area subdivisions - built approximately 500 single-family
homes.
Greg also built two 30 and 36 unit apartment complexes. Greg
won Gold Award for Parade of Homes entry in 2001.
Greg has been nominated by city councilor to serve as business
member of Capital Improvements Planning Citizens Advisory Committee
in the
City of Rio Rancho - subsequently approved by council and appointed
to a 3 year term. In 2004, Greg was also elected Vice Chairman
CIPCAC. Additionally, Greg served on an ad hoc committee to
promote passage
of southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Bonds.

John L. Morrow, an Associate Broker with West Wood Realty, has been
a commercial/industrial specialist for over 20 years. Prior to joining
West Wood, John spent 15 years in the Stamford, Connecticut office
of CB Commercial. While in Connecticut, John represented numerous
developers and institutions such as Federal Express, Black and Decker,
Kimberly Clarke, I.T.T., Barclays Bank, Travelers Insurance, Equitable
Life Assurance, and Chase Bank.
Present activities at West Wood Realty include the marketing of
Rio Rancho's largest speculative hi-tech office park, Rio West
Business
Park. John also represents various owners, tenants, users, and
buyers in Rio Rancho and the greater Albuquerque area.
Current and recent clients include Rio Rancho Public Schools, Jaynes
Corporation, U.S. Cotton, University of New Mexico, Titan Development,
Presbyterian Healthcare, and many others.

Rod L. Smith, an Associate Broker of West Wood Realty, has been
in the commercial and industrial real estate business for 8 years.
Rod specializes in land sales, office, warehouse and retail sales
/ leasing and investment opportunities in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque’s
west side. Prior to joining West Wood Realty, and for 7 of the eight
years in the industry, Rod was with Dowsett Commercial, Ltd., and
Cooper Commercial, Ltd. in Michigan.
Rod’s present activities at West Wood include marketing the
Sandia View Business Center, high-image
office complexes, commercial and industrial land, and income properties.
Current and past clients include Liberty Mutual, Knapheide Trucking,
Titan Development, Rachel Matthew Homes, The Oxford Group, Naked Furniture, Kroger, Rite Aid, Rio
West Business Park, U.S. Olympic Training, Wrangler Development,
Tiffany
Homes, Ewing Irrigation, AMREP Southwest, Farmer’s Insurance,
and Sunoco.
Rod has a Ph.D. from Purdue University. His professional background
also includes twenty years as founder/director of a marriage
and family therapy practice. He is also a Six Sigma Process
Improvement consultant, with clients such as the Zep Corporation,
Wells Fargo,
Park Nicolette Medical Systems, and Household International.
Rod
has also edited two of the best-selling books on Six Sigma.

Toby Atencio, an Associate Broker with West Wood Realty, has been
in the real estate business for 28 years. Toby specializes in retail
sales and leasing, user site acquisition, development land acquisition,
and investment sales. Prior to joining West Wood, he spent 20 years
with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. While with Coldwell Banker, he
was instrumental in transactions involving such principals as Marie
Callender’s, The Original Garcia’s Kitchens, and Circuit
City, Inc.
Current real estate projects include a 150 acre land development
project on the west side of Albuquerque, a sale of 700 acres to
private investors, and the sale of the Town of Counselor, NM
to the Navajo
Indian Reservation. Toby is also an “owner/broker” for
a group of private investors who acquire land for speculative investment
on Albuquerque’s west side and within Rio Rancho, NM

Ryan L. Tatsch, an Associate Broker with West Wood Realty, is new
to the industry. His specialty will be farms and ranches.
Ryan graduated in 2001 from New Mexico State University with an
Agricultural Economics – Agricultural Business Degree.
Before getting his real estate license, Ryan helped with his family’s
ranch in Pueblo, Colorado, trained horses, and was a cattle buyer.
Ryan is a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy’s Association.
